If you’re a Del Taco diehard, great news: Each day in January 2023, the chain is giving away one free item (as long as you spend at least three bucks on something else first, that is).
The month is already half over, but don’t worry about missing out on a specific taco treat: The daily specials all come from their 20 under $2 menu and rotate throughout the month, so there are definitely some repeats. (In fact, it looks like the only item from earlier in the month that won’t make a repeat appearance is a medium iced tea.)
Here’s everything you can get for free for the rest of the month, starting with today’s special:
January 16: Crispy chicken taco (ranch, chipotle, or habanero)
January 17: Small real strawberry lemonade
January 18: Bean and cheese burrito (red or green sauce)
January 19: Crunchtada tostada
January 20: Snack taco (crunchy or soft)
January 21: 2-piece mini cinnamon churros
January 22: Snack queso quesadilla
January 23: Chicken del carbon guac’d up
January 24: Café del olla iced coffee (regular size)
January 25: 4-piece donut bites
January 26: Chicken cheddar roller (original, ranch, or chipotle)
January 27: Crispy chicken taco guac’d up (ranch, chipotle, or habanero)
January 28: Small real strawberry lemonade
January 29: Snack taco (crunchy or soft)
January 30: 3-layer queso nachos
January 31: Mini shake (vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry)
As with many free fast food promotions, getting free Del Taco isn’t quite as simple as pulling up to the counter (or drive-thru) and asking for it. There is some fine print standing between you and your tacos. On top of the $3 minimum purchase requirement, you’ll also need to order via the Del Yeah! rewards app; it’s the only place this offer is available. But if you’re down to spend a few bucks and add another app to your phone, you can enjoy free food all month long.
