Why should I bother playing Fallout 3?
Fallout 3 is the third game of the titular RPG franchise. The series takes place in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by nuclear bombs; a lucky few who scrambled to underground shelters for safety were the only ones to survive. Unless you count those who became mutated monsters wandering the wasteland above as survivors.
Fallout 3, set in the aftermath of the disaster, won the IGN’s 2008 Overall Game of the Year Award, among other honors. Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and all five of its expansions, including Operation: Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout, and Mothership Zeta.

To get the game for gratis, you will need to create an Epic Games account (also free) and order the game from the Epic storefront here. Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email invoice with a link to download the game directly from the Epic Games website. Look for the blue “download” button in the top-right corner
