Somehow, it’s October. And whether you’ve been counting down the days until fall, or dreading the change in seasons, the calendar doesn’t lie and at some point you have to eat. If you’re craving fast food, it’s your lucky month, because Wendy’s is giving a way a whole bunch of it (with the purchase of other items). Here’s what to know.
How to get a free small Frosty every day in October
In a push to get people to try their new “Hot & Crispy” fries, Wendy’s is giving customers the pairing they want: Fries and a Frosty to dip them in. So for the whole month of October, when you buy any size of their fries, you can get a small Frosty for free.
All the usual stuff applies: You have to order through the Wendy’s app (and download and register for an account first, if you don’t have one already), it’s not valid on delivery orders placed outside the app, and the offer is redeemable once per customer per visit at participating restaurants. You can either apply the offer to your mobile order, or scan it in the restaurant or drive-thru.
How to get free food on Fridays
And there even more fry-related offers each week on—you guessed it—Friday. (Sorry, Fry-day.) This time, when you purchase a medium order of fries with the mobile app, you’ll get a different freebie each week. Here’s the lineup:
Friday, 10/1: Free Dave’s Single
Friday, 10/8: Free 10-piece Crispy or Spicy Nuggets
Friday, 10/15: Free Junior Bacon Cheeseburger
Friday, 10/22: Free 10-piece Crispy or Spicy Nuggets

How to get free delivery on weekends
You can also get your fries delivered right to your door without a delivery fee each weekend in October when you order delivery through the Wendy’s app. In this case, the “weekend” means Saturdays and Sundays from October 2 – 31, 2021.
A few things to note. First, the offer isn’t valid when you order delivery via third-party apps. Also, while there’s no delivery fee, there will still be service fees, taxes, and the tip for your driver.
