How to get the free doughnuts
Of course, like most of these “free” food giveaways, you do have to purchase something in order to get the free food. In this case, it’s a dozen of Krispy Kreme’s original glazed doughnuts. All you have to do is place an order online for either pickup or delivery (more on those options in a minute) and use the code “BOGODOZEN” at checkout.
It’s also possible to take advantage of this offer without having to order online—just mention the promotion when ordering in the store (including the drive-thru). Plus, while online orders are limited to one redemption of this offer, in-shop purchases can include up to “four redemptions at special price.” Either way, that’s a lot of doughnuts.
The offer is valid from now through Sunday, March 7—leaving you plenty of time to stock up on doughnuts. And sorry, Canadian residents: this deal isn’t available for you. But it’s also not available in every single Krispy Kreme location in the U.S. either, so be sure to check here to find out if your local shop is one of the participating locations.
Also, this promotion is not redeemable at grocery or convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. that carry Krispy Kreme products.
What to know about ordering Krispy Kreme online
If you opt to order your Krispy Kreme doughnuts online (either for this deal or in general), the chain has a few COVID-19 provisions in place. First, their deliveries—which are made in partnership with DoorDash—are all “no contact,” so be sure to provide drop-off instructions when you order.
Those picking their doughnuts up in person should either use the drive-thru (if available), or, if the lobby is closed, follow the instructions posted at the shop—they vary by store depending on state/local government restrictions.
